Teen Titans, Vol. 3

The Teen Titans are still not acting like the family that the team is known for being. Kid Devil resents living in Blue Devil's shadow. Ravager feels insecure about her place on the team. Robin and Wonder Girl are coping with the kiss they shared in Robin's cave underneath the tower. And Cyborg wants to call in some more experienced members to bolster the team. A video recorded of Raven speaking to Cyborg while he was still inactive leads the Titans to Russia, where she was last seen. Former Titan, Red Star has been appointed "State Protector" in Russia after stopping an alien invasion of Moscow. However, due to the actions of the Green Lanterns and Black Adam over the past year, foreign meta-humans have been outlawed in Russia. He does give the Titans an address, but Raven has left. She left behind a journal explaining that one of the Titans present during the year Cyborg spent deactivated stole something from the team. She's taken a book from someone and is running; they want the book back.
