Plot

Linda Thackerley is seventeen and in love. With Alan, her childhood sweetheart, now on his way to war and with the ballet.In 1942 Linda escapes from her wartime job to tour with a ballet company, bringing the colour and spectacle of dance to towns darkened by the blackout.
