She was thirteen when her widowed mother, Josephine, married Napoleon, and all the drama, romance, and tragedy which swirled about that amazing and complicated man fillers her story. Tan textured paper over board with black embossed flower on front and black lettering on spine, 278 pages. There is faint soiling on light cover and several small brown spots on back. Black/white photocopy of dustjacket from duplicate book has been placed over cover. No other marks, rips or smudges on this clean book.
