After a vicious battle with the Decepticons, Spike is seriously injured. The Autobots use Sparkplug's new invention, Autobot X, as a body for Spikes mind until his human body can recover. But the side effects could be disastrous.

Wheeljack's new invention, the immobilizer, freezes anything that it's pointed at. Now Megatron wants it for his own.

The Dinobots are destroying the Autobot base because there is no room for them to train. Bumblebee and Powerglide find a mysterious prehistoric island and believe it will be the perfect home for the Dinobots.

When the Decepticons begin to steal the energy from Dinobot Island, time warps begin to appear all over the world releasing more prehistoric civilizations into modern times.

The Decepticons steal the Electro Cells from the research center and plan to use them to create energon cubes. When Mirage tries to stop them on his own, Cliffjumper begins to think that Mirage is a Decepticon spy.

Dr. Fujiyama has created a ninja robot called Nightbird. When the Decepticons steal her, the Autobots must try to rescue Nightbird without harming her.

The Decepticons set up a trap for the Autobots and kidnap Gears. Now, with Gears as his slave, Megatron creates a solar needle in order to steal the sun's energy. But the consequences could be disastrous.

Megatron creates an Optimus Prime clone to lure the Autobots into a crevasse of Korlonium Crystals set to explode on contact.

The Decepticons discover an underwater city in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean and make friends with its people. Now they're out to destroy the surface world.

While distracting the Autobots with a surprise attack, Megatron secretly sets a trap inside their base that will force the Autobots to do his bidding.

Megatron recovers the Heart of Cybertron from an ancient spaceship and uses its power on the Autobots. Perceptor suggests using his shrink ray to enter Megatron's body and steal the Heart.

Grapple has dreamed of building a solar tower to collect energy from the sun. To achieve this dream, he rashly allies himself with the Constructicons.

The Insecticons return and attack the nova power plant in order to get enough energy to seize the defense computer at Iron Mountain.

Megatron reprograms the human built supercomputer TORQ III with his own personality and has it controlling machines of all types by using Remote Control Circuit Linker cards.

The Decepticons convince the humans that the Autobots are the true enemies, with the help of a greedy candidate for mayor, named Sean Burger.

With the Autobots destroyed by the sun, the Decepticons claim the Earth for their own and make the humans into their slaves.

While the Autobots try to protect the Mega-Faider, Red Alert becomes damaged and starts believing the Autobots are plotting against him. Starscream plans to use this to his own advantage.

Megatron has decided to turn New York city into New Cybertron. Optimus Prime is captured, and his body is made into multiple parts of the city's defense system.

When Autobots and Decepticons both begin to suffer from violent mechanical breakdowns, the cure for the condition is discovered on Cybertron. The Autobots' only hope for survival lies with the unaffected Dinobots. But Grimlock sees the crisis as an opportunity to rebel against Optimus Prime's leadership.

With the Dinobots captured by Shockwave, and the Autobots' malfunctioning reaching terminal levels, Spike and Carly must fight their way through the bowels of Cybertron to acquire the coveted Cybertonium element before all the Earth Transformers are rendered inoperable.

When the Decepticons hijack Earth's airwaves, the music-loving Autobot Blaster is the only one who can stop them.

Starscream accidentally activates a times machine that throws both Autobots and Decepticons back into medieval times.

After a battle in space, Cosmos lands on a planet inhabited by superstitious beings. The Decepticons follow and Astrotrain convinces the natives that he is a god.

The Decepticons endanger the Earth by drilling into its core to tap into the planet's geothermal energy. In order to stop them, the Autobots must hijack and reprogram Devastator.

After an accident, Tracks makes a human friend named Raoul. The two of them discover a Decepticon plot to turn cars in New York City into a army serving Megatron.

While the Autobots perform stunts and race for charity, Megatron attacks them with a weapon that can freeze Transformers in their vehicle form.

The Decepitcons coat themselves with electrum that they find in a golden lagoon. They become impervious to laser fire and attack the Autobots.

To combat the growing number of Insecticons on Earth, Cosmos is sent off-world to retrieve a robotic insecticide. When he returns, he carried with him a robotic plant that grows out of control.

Omega Supreme used to be very different. He tells a story back when Autobots and Decepticons lived peacefully together. He remembers the friendship he had with the Constructicons. And the fateful day that changed everything.

Autobots and Decepticons are transported to a world where they are no larger than children's toys.

After the Autobots are captured by an alien named Bosch, Smokescreen agrees to go to a gambling asteroid in an effort to the win then back.

Optimus Prime travels to Cybertron to rescue Elita One the leader of of the female Autobots.

Tracks and Blaster team up with Raoul and discover a Decepticon plot to take over people's minds at a Nightclub.

A wealthy and eccentric big game hunter named Lord Chumley attempts to capture Optimus Prime in order to complete his collection of exotic trophies.

Spoiled Astoria heiress inherits the tech company of her deceased father, and when the Decepticons try to capture her Powerglide rescues her, and she falls in love with him.

Astrotrain and Blitzwing manipulate Starscream into helping them sideline Megatron so they can lead the Decepticons.

Seaspray and Bumblebee go to save an aquatic world and its natives from Decepticon dictatorship. Seaspray falls in love with a native during the adventure.

After stumbling upon a film shoot, Hoist is hired to play a role in an action movie.

Megatron wants to challenge the Autobots on the road, so he builds the Stunticons. But he needs Vector Sigma, the main computer on Cybertron to give them life. Now he must find the Key that will allow him to reactivate Vector Sigma.

In response to the Stunticons, Optimus builds the Aerialbots. Megatron still has the key to Vector Sigma, and discovers that it has unexpected powers on Earth.

The Aerialbots go to a Middle Eastern country to look for clues behind a series of aircraft thefts.

The Autobots secretly pose as Stunticons in an effort to discover Megatron's secret plans.

Megatron searches for the powerful Pearl of Bahoudin while the Autobots race in the Europa 2000 for charity.

Some Aerialbots start to have doubts about their cause, some have started to admire Megatron, and are thinking of switching sides. They get pulled into a time warp, and end up on Cybertron, before the current war began. They'll discover more about Megatron, and the origin of one of their own.

Megatron gets hit by some meteor fragments. The areas that were hit begin to rust. The Decepticons capture Perceptor to find a cure for their leader. But once cured, Megatron hatches a scheme to infect the Autobots with Cosmic Rust.

A surge of electricity comes alive and Megatron decides to unleash it on the Autobots. The living electric then tears through almost every Autobot and makes them go bezerko.

After being exiled from the Decepticons, Starscream frees five Cybertronian criminals from prison and re-purposes them into his own troops, the Combaticons. With these new warriors at his command, he challenges Megatron for control of the Decepticons.

Seeking revenge against Autobot and Decepticon alike, the Combaticons hijack the Space Bridge and use it to alter Earth's orbit, putting it on a collision course with the Sun. With the only means to get off-world damaged in battle, Optimus Prime and Megatron must race against time to stop the Combaticons before the Earth is destroyed.

College students build their own robot and unknowingly use a Decepticon part, causing chaos. Megatron gets Swindle to reassemble the Combaticons after a battle, but uses a time bomb as motivation.
