My quick rating - 6,2/10. As a fan of James Woods and his ability to deliver great dialogue, mostly the sarcastic stuff to his superiors, this movie flew under my radar. But 30 years later, it does still hold up well and has a decent yet simple serial killer plot. The ending is satisfying albeit WAY too easy. Part of its flair though.
