My quick rating - 4,7/10. Mark Dacascos cannot save this fairly bad story. It falls into the miss category due to just a complete lack of excitement in any form. No decent fighting. The plot itself is paper thin, for the most part. The absurd way he fires the gun throughout the movie, even though he is supposed to be ex-military just looks stupid. I am actually being generous as it is only being a fan, but overall pretty bad stuff. BTW, the movie description has nothing to do with the movie. He was out to avenge his daughters accidental death from a car collision that the rich guys paid to get away with.
