My quick rating - 5,8/10. This movie had the unfortunate timing of coming out the same year as a behemoth of a movie dealing with a very similar subject, "The Abyss". Putting the comparison aside, this movie still holds up quite well, maybe not as much but still. The acting is well done and even still the creatures look good. This is accentuated by the excellent camera work throughout the confined space of an underwater mining ship. Tons of reviews out there on this one, so I'll end it there.
