My quick rating - 4,2/10. Anthology flick. Although not your typical one, this one basically gives a leading plot point. For no reason all across the Earth these "doors" appear that seem to call out to people and either kill them or take them to another world. But that just leads to each story of different people and their interactions with these doors. So as usual, some stories are better than others and for the most part, each one was medicore at best. But I have to give a point for the juvenile joke of this. When the government decides to have people go into the portals, to gather data, these heroes are known as.......KNOCKERS. Ok, I may laugh, but even the pseudo radio hosts in the movie makes light of the wonderful choice of name for them. Don't worry, you do get to see a story about them, and you get to see a few knockers as well ;) Nicely wound together but I just wish the stories themselves lead more points to the entire idea. It started off with a decent story with the initial contact and a classroom full of kids, but then just went downhill from there to a final story that was so rushed and pandemic inspired. Bloody Disgusting gave it a shot, since it is their production but it is one that will be quickly forgotten, well, minus the knockers joke.
