Jack Halsey takes his wife, their adult kids, and a friend for a dream vacation in Kenya. But as they venture off alone into a wilderness park, their safari van is flipped over by an angry rhino, leaving them injured and desperate. Then, as two of them go in search of rescue, a bloody, vicious encounter with a leopard and a clan of hyenas incites a desperate fight for survival.

My quick rating - 4,1/10. Don't let that "Director of Silent Hill" thing fool you. Revelation wasn't that good nor was Rogue. But that helps explain the casting here. Carrie-Anne Moss, than Megan Fox and now in this one Rebecca Romijn. Sure, with the right parts, she is fine such as being naked and painted all blue as a superhero. But trying to act as a worried mother out on a dangerous safari is not her cup of tea. Let's briefly discuss this safari. Every stupid decision possible is made to make this happen. No guide, just head out into the wild on your own. Good news is at least you are only being hunted by piss poor CGI animals since real life you would've been dead long before. To be honest, this whole movie wasn't even a vehicle for action, or the actors but a long ass commercial for voting to get something done about the poachers out there killing the animals. The constant family bickering and stupid scene after scene got quite tedious. But, hey, it had a nice backdrop to be filmed in. I suppose even with all the negatives here, I was a bit entertained with some of the action, although I am not sure why.
