My quick rating - 4,3/10. Not the worst I have seen but surely wasted a pretty evil killer in this one. Coming up with that character had to be the highpoint in this but then they subjected him into a poorly made "overnight in the haunted place" flick, and this time it is a wax museum. Pretty gory fare when it wants to be. I really haven't been too familiar with Full Moon as far as the 21st century goes so it was nice to see what they are turning out. Film making wise, this is a notch up from the b-budget and looks it from them that I was used to back in the 90s.
