My quick rating - 3.8/10. Always good to see the very underrated Robert LaSardo pop up in flix, although I prefer seeing him in things with a bit more production quality than this one. He and Greg Nutcher were the only familiar faces and, coincidentally, the only ones who could act in the slightest. Not that B-budget horror flicks are known for their acting, but the others, especially the kids, seemed oblivious to everything going on. The family is desperate and forced to turn to their uncle Ollie (Nutcher), but the family reunion turns out to be a bit more than that. The story itself of what is going on in this town was somewhat interesting, but the execution of it was way off. It never felt like a haunted town or cursed, whatever they were shooting for. It seemed like a family get-together with a bunch of slightly off relatives. There were a couple of creepy scenes in this one, but it was never able to build up any momentum or change up the story itself enough to give it a unique feel. The clairvoyant kid was too quiet, and the daughter was annoying and constantly bitchy to everyone around her. That is a bad mix since we had to deal with those two the majority of the time, figuring out what was going on in the town. It ended up being just a forgettable viewing experience that I wouldn't say I am bothered to have watched, just don't think I would recommend or ever revisit it myself.
