My quick rating - 6,9/10. I enjoyed the first one for the action so let's see what the sequel brings. The good news is I enjoyed this one a slight bit more than the first even. This flick builds upon the adrenaline-pumping foundation of its predecessor and takes you on another wild ride through a world of high-stakes danger and heart-pounding action. If you enjoyed the first installment for its intense sequences, brace yourself for an even more exhilarating experience this time around. The film wastes no time plunging viewers into its gritty and perilous universe. Long, well-choreographed action scenes dominate the screen, leaving audiences breathless as they witness daring stunts, explosive gunfights, and jaw-dropping hand-to-hand combat. The choreography is finely tuned, allowing each move to unfold with precision and showcasing the incredible physicality of the characters. One of the standout features is its attention to location and scenery. The film takes us on a global journey, transporting us to various exotic locales that add depth and authenticity to the narrative. From the bustling streets of a sprawling metropolis to the remote, breathtaking landscapes of the distant countryside, the visuals contribute significantly to the overall atmosphere and tension of the film. Chris Hemsworth once again shines in his role as the charismatic and unyielding protagonist. His portrayal of Tyler Rake is both physically commanding and emotionally nuanced, allowing the audience to connect with the character on a deeper level.
