My quick rating - 3.7/10. For some reason, this has been on my radarr for quite some time so I suppose I should check it out. This screaming from the bedroom-to-bedroom scene is taking WAY too fucking long. The statement being made about the #metoo movement was timely and if it was properly used, it could have led to a winner. Instead, this is just a lazy template of a horror movie that just fills in the blanks. The whole "like" society is being mocked in this flick and rightfully so but it is a stretch to connect that to what transpires. Six college best friends throw their own private graduation party that goes terribly wrong when an uninvited guest arrives. Five years later, the girls gather once again and endure a night of far more horror and bloodshed. A big problem I had with this whole scenario was the acting mixed with the dialogue. At no point does any of the interactions between these characters sound believable. Having a key component to making you care what happens to the ones on the screen is feeling for what they went through and for such an important social topic they failed miserably. Blame either of those aspects. It was a lackluster b-effort slasher flick. All the elements are there but absolutely none of them are developed into anything worth watching. Sure, I have seen far worse but unless you are a big fan of Dominique Swain or the other young ladies in this flick, I cannot see much of a reason to seek this one out. You aren't missing a topless pillow fight during their drug-induced party, so don't fret. Just some boring kills and the obligatory twist thrown your way. That explains why there are so many free choices to choose from.
