Cary Ford (Martin Henderson) comes back to the town after months to be with his girl friend Shane (Monet Mazur). But as soon as he returns he is confronted by the drug dealer Henry (Matt Schulze) and his gang to snatch the bikes which Ford has. These bikes are very important for Henry because they have drugs hidden in them. Seeing that Ford is not co-operating and is in no way ready to give the bikes back, Henry kills Junior, the beloved younger brother of Tery (Ice Cube). Tery is the leader of one of the most famous and influential biker gangs around. FBI agent (Adam Scott) along with his colleague starts investigating the murder of Junior. Henry along with his faithful friends Dalton (Jay Hernandez), Val (Will Yun Lee) and Shane are chased by the FBI and Tery along with his gang through the dessert. Later in the movie Ford and Tery patch up as Tery realizes that it was Henry who killed his brother and not Ford. Eventually Ford and Tery discover that the FBI agent who has killed his counterpart is working for Henry. Later in the movie there is a big fight between both the groups which ends with Henry and Ford fighting on bikes and Ford finally killing Henry.
