Street Kings

An experienced cop Detective Tom Ludlow (Keanu Reeves) has a difficult life after the death of his beloved wife. Additional trouble to his miserable life represents a murder investigation of a fellow officer. In the search of the killer he is backed up by Captain Jack Wander (Forest Whitaker) and a young Detective Paul Diskant (Chris Evans). After wild car chases and heavy shootings they discover that other cops are involved in the murder. The trouble comes in the form of the inexorable Internal Affairs Captain James Biggs (Hugh Laurie) who incriminates Ludlow. To clean his name and find the real murder Ludlow has to fight his own battle and question the loyalty of fellow cops.
