Day Of The Dead

Day of the Dead is another in the line of remakes of George A. Romero’s classic series of the living dead that walk the Earth. In the not so far future, the world is over run with massive amounts of living dead. Only a small band of military officers and scientist who live underground in a bunker are all that seems to be left. All is well as can be until the Captain Crain (Stark Sands) is bit and killed by one of the zombies. Captain Rhodes (Ving Rhames ) is next in the chain of command but isn‘t all to sympathetic towards the scientist. Doctor Logan (Matt Rippy) has discovered that not only do the zombies mimic their once living functions and routines but they can be taught and educated. Logan feels that he can help the world adjust to a land of the walking dead. His only confident is Sarah Bowman (Mena Suvari). However Sarah has her own problems as she tries to calm an impending martial law of the bunker. Can these flesh eating monsters be tamed?
