My quick rating - 6,3/10. If the guy jumping would have just spoken up, which anyone would have done, btw, then problem solved. Since he didn't, then we have a nice story to be told. I liked how the tale is interwoven between the main characters dilema on the ledge, and the cops life drama. I still have no idea why Liv Tyler doesn't get more roles since anytime I see her in something, she is really good. Even movies that don't need decent acting, she still does well. Case in point, "Armageddon" Anyway, with about an hour and a half to kill on the ledge, for reasons that transpire throughout, we get to learn the why, and ultimately what happens. Nicely done and recommended viewing.
