My quick rating - 4,4/10. This movie is bad...but as you see, it is bad in that way that is kind of entertaining. What this movie does is tries really, really hard to be a Troma movie. Granted it doesn't make that level, but that is where they got their inspiration from. Hence me liking it, to an extent. If you have heard of it, the movie is inspired by Jonathan Swift's cannibalistic tale A Modest Proposal, but this whole flick would have been a bit more either frightening if the acting wasn't so shoddy, or amusing if they weren't trying so hard to make them seem scary. Interesting sentence huh? The makers led themselves in a circle trying to be one thing, failing, then being what it became and failed again. Heck, I am confusing myself trying to describe it. The kills are ok, nothing to write home about, and the victims act stupid enough to make you laugh, and root for them to just get caught already and be killed. And then the whole thing spins out of control into a "when did they pull out the major drugs to inspire the rest of this" moment. For b-budget fans that appreciate Troma, and movies like Street Trash than you may enjoy this. But even myself and the warped movies I do like, this one didn't fit into the collection.
