My quick rating - 7,2/10. Pretty powerful movie depicting theinternal struggle of the people that need to make the decision of what justifies collateral damage in a war against terrorism. The movieitself plays out very real in what I believe people would say and do in this situation. This isn't the nicest picture of how it is, nor is this some fast moving action film, but more of a study of how people react to a situation. The acting and atmosphere is very well done which captures the moment perfectly. Definitely worth watching.
