Plan 9 is the story of Nilbog, a small town with a big story. The beginning of an invasion! However, instead of lasers, space ships, and epic force, these aliens have a different plan for the inhabitants of Earth. To resurrect their dead as their own army set with but one goal… To wipe out all mankind! Only the townsfolk on this Halloween night stand in the way of total domination. My quick rating - 4,4/10. If you are going to remake one of the agreed upon worst movies ever made, try to make it better. At least a little. Problem with that is everyone expects it to be stupid. Well, mission accomplished. If oyu are going to try to make fun of the campy cult following this movie has (1959 classic, Plan 9 from Outer Space) then be funny about it. The intnetional joke of making fun of making a remake in the movie (yes they tried that) just fell flat completely. Just a really cheeseball effort thta could have been funny. Enjoy the alien invasion, just do so in the many of quality flicks that have used this idea and realize many of those ideas spawned from the original.
