My quick rating - 3,5/10. The title basically describes it, disappointment. The typical familymoves into a haunted house flick. Minus any jump scares, real tension, or anything that would make for a good movie. The past is shown through very poorly edited flashbacks of what happened in the house causing the haunting but it really doesn't help much in explaining anything and tries to lead you into thinking it is all in her head. And maybe it was? By the time the credits roll, you won't really know and honestly most likely won't care. The acting is OK I suppose but seemed stiff at the times it shouldn't be. Oh, and Kate, as with most women, just because you think being blonde looks better, it doesn't. With Underworld just surfacing, this look is a change of pace for her but doesn't make the film any better.
