Undercover Las Vegas police officer Vincent Downs is caught in a high stakes web of corrupt cops and the mob-controlled casino underground. When a heist goes wrong, a crew of homicidal gangsters kidnaps Downs’ teenage son. My quick rating - 5,5/10. It is the undercover officer trying to take down the corrupt cop on the force. What makes this different then the dozens of other takes on this tale? It stars Jamie Foxx. Yep, that is the extent of it. Good for what it is, and if you are a fan of guessing who the bad cop or cops are, and decent action, you'll be fine with this one. Produciton qualities are spot on and having a non super hero for the hero helps.
