My quick rating - 5,6/10. Good performances save a fairly recycled story that borrows heavily from other ghost movies of the psychological type (you will know them the moment you see this movie) Not necessarily a bad thing, as the movie plays out nicely and does make you wonder, "what is next" but beyond that, i couldn't get over the "i have seen this before" feeling throughout the movie. Oh well, still a decent movie overall that if it didn't have that flaw, would stand out quite well.
