My quick rating - 5,0/10. The sheer over the top nature this movie takes makes it funny. The deadpan acting of the possessed in this movie are done well. When there is blood, this flick doesn't shy away from that either. Not an exceptional movie at all, but worth a look for laughs and a tad bit of horror. Oh, and Natasha Henstridge is in it, which helps. No idea why the IMDB ratings are so low. This is why I watch everything.
