My quick rating - 4,1/10. Pretty hokey special effects and the cgi that they did try to use was really bad. But they had to work within a budget, so can't knock them too much. The story has been done, they take the humans, turn them into soldiers. The movie itself moved along at a good pace and they weren't shy about using blood, but not in a flashy way. Hard to explain really, but there is a lot of it. Unfortunately this movie suffers from some painful acting and some completely unbelievable nonsense as far as what you can keep doing after being shot. There were parts of this movie i did like, and other parts that just were terrible. If you catch it on cable and don't mind action/scifi with some flaws, then go for it. If not, steer clear.
