My quick rating - 6,4/10. Well, it isn't quite the MCU. I have some gripes with this movie. No, Grant Gustin as The Flash. Big gripe, very bad decision. DC has shown more power (for the most part) on the TV shows for the characters. Yes, the Batman movies have made a ton, and rightfully so, but for the team aspect, they should draw from the TV shows as well. (No SuperGirl...?) I know she was never in Justce League (that I recall) but still. Anyway, enough CGI capes, onto the movie. It looked tremondous. The cgi work was exceptional. The story itself seemed to be ripped directly from the whole infinity stones idea, so someone was ripping someone off and I am not pointing fingers as to which universe had this idea first. So here, the bad guy, Steppenwolf (did the band get their name from a comic book?) is gathering the Mother Boxes to become all powerful and destroy earth (sound familiar? ) So the superheroes of past and present must unite to defeat him. Minus Afflecks at times overacting as Batman, and Miller being really bad as Flash, the rest of the cast is good. Like I said, it looks great, especially in the action department. A very good watch, and a nice lead into a series I am sure (stay for the end credits) and I look forward to more, just polish it up a bit. I doubt Affleck returns anyway but we'll see. Either way, a must see for comic geeks like me, and a good viewing for those that aren't.
