My quick rating - 3,5/10. Utterly disappointing movie, that while it had a good idea, it had no execution of how anything was possible. Not only that but the settings, meaning where the experiment took place was just so unbelievable it was distracting. I know it was low budget, but that was not at all the problem, just a good idea with all around poor execution.
