A young boy finds a powerful otherworldly weapon, which he uses to save his older adoptive brother from a crew of thugs. Before long, the two of them are also pursued by federal agents and mysterious mercenaries aiming to reclaim their asset.

My quick rating - 5,5/10. Although it wasn't bad, there was so much that was undeveloped, and the things that were told well were the parts that weren't important to the story. Still mildly entertaining and these types of parts work much better for James Franco, as the bad guy.
