Lee Chung is a Prince of Joseon, but he has been taken hostage to the Qing Dynasty. He enjoys boozing, womanizing and gambling. He is also an excellent swordsman. His older brother Lee Young will succeed to the throne and brings Lee Chung to Joseon. He returns after more than 10 years. Soon, Lee Chung faces monsters that run rampant in the night.

My quick rating - 6,1/10. About as epic a zombie flick as you are going to see. And surprise, surprise, it is foreign. When two rival dynasties go head to head, it seems the least they have to worry about is each other. The movie is a great mix of action and also that pesky zombie issue that arises as well. How that gets mixed into the equation is for you to see, but it is a clever tactic to use when a rival kingdom is going to take over, infect the population with zombies. You know how that spreads. Really a good flick for the well choreographed fighting scenes along with some decent plot to follow along. I ran into one big problem, personal thing, the subtitles were off. THat isn't my fault, I adjusted them, the problem was they weren't uniformly off, so backing it up 2 seconds helped for some, but not all. Oh well. I doubt I would've watched it again, but I will say if you get the chance, check it out for sure. It is a good ride. And if you are a foreign movie buff that runs into subtitle problems, let me know, I found a website that can "fix" those SRT files for ya in one fell swoop.
