My quick rating - 3,1/10. Do you want the negative points alphabetical, or order of importance? Yes, there are that many of them. Director thinks close up shots of spewing blood on who knows what body part makes it that much more gory. Maybe in 1971 that would've been true, but this movie does so in every scene possibly related to a kill. The cheap effect doesn't work at all. Playing off the odd popularity of the so stupid they are funny "Sharknado" movies also fails miserably. The merry bunch of clowns just seem to use a swirling dust "tornado" to teleport from place to place, no connection to a tornado in the slightest, and no clowns flying out of a tornado (since there isn't one) to murder the inhabitants of this town (or the three buildings the filmmakers were allowed in). The plot? I'll just stop, this review is already more appealing than the film, and it doesn't deserve any more said about it. Laugh a couple times (hence why not a lower score) and wish you had your time back at the end of this inside joke of a movie.
