My quick rating - 4,8/10. I believe this is very generous. The action is fine and quite brisk. The acting is as expected, so no drawback there. But the huge drawback is the monsters from another dimension look terrible. Absolutely terrible. The main baddie towards the end is quite kewl looking, but the everyday bad guys are out of a b-budget demon horror movie (which I don't believe this is, b-budget yes, horror movie, no). Thinking back this is probably a bit lower than 4,8 but I did like the story itself, even if it mainly has been used before. Unless I am missing something, it took 14 years for this sequel to pop, and this movie leaves the door wide open for another...they are more than welcome to wait another 14 more when cgi is old tech, and something new comes along.
