My quick rating - 3.9/10. This is what happens when someone makes a movie and doesn't hire outside consultants to either read the script or view the movie and point out that though those jokes may be funny to them, it surely isn't funny to an audience that isn't in their circle of friends. So much of this is where you can see the writers laughing hilariously as they write something down when in reality it is dumb as hell. Michael Jai White isn't the main focus, so lost me a bit there as well. Story continues with the pursuit of "The Man" by the underground brotherhood, now 16 years later after their demise. Or thought to be demise. Fans of the first one will be very disappointed as I was, non-fans of the first one will think you are insane for liking anything to do with this dribble.
