Vanessa faces against Sam with a surprising new ally. Meanwhile, Julius confronts Scab and the Daywalkers.

Vanessa comes across of group of survivors fighting against day-walkers and bonds with one of the members. Julius trains a young girl who might be special like him.

Axel comes across a strange man with a proposition for him. Flesh comes face to face with his past. Jack struggles to protect the survivors without Vanessa by her side.

After an epic battle, Axel reconciles with Vanessa and comes to terms with the death of Scarlett. At the Sisterhood, Elder Sam, Ivory and the Oracle come together to raise the Third Bride.

Jolene and Flesh try to escape the Warden. Hansen meets with Sam and the Vampires to consult on their plan to free the Dark One.

Flesh and Axel rush through the desert to save Jennifer and her son from Max. Along the way, they encounter a new breed of vampires that turn deadlier when night falls.

Now that Violet knows where the 3 Pages are, she returns to Fort Collins with Axel and Julius.

As the sisters prepare to open the portal to the Dark One, Hansen makes the ultimate sacrifice.

The President and Ivory try to decipher what really happened in the Dark Realm.
