Chaank Armaments is experimenting with the ultimate fighting machine which is part human - part machine. So far, the Hardman project has been unreliable and has killed a number of innocent people. The genius behind this project is Jack who lives in a world of models, toys and magazines. When he is fired by Cale for killing a few corporate officers, he unleashes the ultimate killing machine called the 'Warbeast' against Cale and those who would help her.

My quick rating - 3,6/10. Not a very good sci-fi flick compared to the time about killer robots (keep in mind T2 came out a few years before) so even wit ha small budget, you have to do better than this. The robot looked awful, first off. The movie could've easily been 10-15 minutes shorter if not for scenes that just dragged ON AND ON for no reason. 10 straight minutes of shooting, 3 solid minutes of a falling elevator. Just absolutely worthless scenes, and repeated. This wasn't as though anything was happening, it was just ongoing waste of time. Typical plot, killer robot on the loose in a tech company testing??? Yeah, they don't bother saying, or I missed it, in which case, they didn't make it a point at all. Oh yeah, making a ultime fighting machine. Something like that. Move along, nothing to see here. Geez, I want to stop typing, then I recall the horrid scenes of the robot running in the halls, and then you see it barely actually moving. The supposed eye view from the robot (HUD) makes it look like he is flying through the corridors when they show it, it is snail pace movement. How awful, just dropped more points. THe fact it had characters named Scott Ridley, Sam Raimi, and John Carpenter should give you an idea of where they were going (and who they were emulating). LOL
