My quick rating - 5,7/10. Well, it wasn't what I expected. That is not good nor bad, though. I found the story somewhat creative but still a bit disjointed. Yeah, after years without hearing from the father, you are expect a little weirdness, but the way it was handled was odd. Then again, that led to other parts later. No spoilers. I did like the acting which was definitely the highlight of the movie. The secondary characters were played well, it is just the plot itself was not fully thought out, or if it was, then I wasn't impressed. Nice to see Wood doing something that doesn't involve a "ring" but as much as he tried, he couldn't save this one. "A" for effort from him though. Michelle Eads worth 2 hours? eh, fan of his, yes, if not, eh...i wouldn't put something off to watch it but doubt you'll be upset if you sit through it.
