My quick rating - 5,1/10. Well, as stated, it wasn't that good. However, in staying somewhat true to the game, the bizarre images and creepy atmosphere is there. Does that save the poor plot and acting? Nope, but it makes for something to look at. The first movie set the bar way too high to recover from, and this movie just didn't even really try, aside from visually. But in a quick wrap up, another "lone" survivor from Silent Hill is tormented by her dreams (visions). They seem to pop up, and the term "lone" is pointless to use. Heck, even in this movie itself, it refers to another "lone" survivor, so how many "lone" anthing can there be? Last I checked, wouldn't that be ONE? So, anyway, logic aside, she must confront the evil within her nightmares before being lost in Silent Hill forever. Almost like a tagline, huh? If you liked the first, and the game, you'll be like I was, and say "Ehhhh, ok, I guess" But if not either of those, you have a poor movie that may just look strange for the sake of it.
