My quick rating - 4,4/10. I felt like I was watching a poorly retread version of "Fallen" Had some potential, just never found it. Often really slow and the characters didn't give me any reason to care what or who wins. Or loses. Fine for something to watch but you won't be compelled to tell your friends about it.
