My quick rating - 4,7/10. In an attempt to cash in on the popularity of first person shooter style movies.....that is where you ask yourself the question of where that popularity is??? There isn't much of any. Hardcore Henry and to a lesser extent the Hotel Inferno series are the only other worthwhile examples so using the style is still a bit new. In this one, some guy is in the wrong place at the wrong time and intercepts what he thinks is just a kids toy dropped off at a local diner. But instead it is all part of some huge police conspiracy story that he becomes involved in. The mystery in this one isn't horrid nor the method of telling it. Unfortunately the cops which provide the majority of the plot are acted so painfully poorly. Getting past that though is some hit or miss humor and a bit of a mystery of who is screwing who over. The action isn't bad either and for a low budget flick, it does do better than I would've expected. I think it may have gotten a bad wrap merely because of the camera style but compared to the Blair Witch nonsense of spinning the camera around making the viewer nauseous, at least this keeps a steady go-pro camera view throughout.
