My quick rating - 3,4/10. Just because you make your movie in black and white, doesn't make it noir, or special, or whatever else you thought when this bland and boring idea came up. To follow a serial killer on a spree you need either good acting, a decent storyline, tremendous kills, heck maybe even abundance of boob shots. Basically you need something and this movie had almost NOTHING. Definitely not one of those times I think "Hey, can't wait to see what this guy/gal does in the future." WHY? I don't care, this level of ineptitude is unlikely to be fixed. If you read this, Henry Chastain, come back and prove me wrong with something decent. I will gladly be wrong.
