Plot

There is a sound of the door opening and closing, followed by quiet. Then the crackling of a fire can be heard in the background as an elderly voice says: "I am Sir Bedivere, the last of the knights of the Round Table. Please sit down there by the fire, won't you . . . while I tell you about King Arthur." Then come the stories--as captivating as only Jim Weiss can tell them--of Excalibur, the Lady of the Lake, the adventures of Sir Percival and Sir Lancelot, the creation of the Round Table and more. No mention is made of the tragic love between Lancelot and Guinevere or the final battle and the death of Arthur. This is idealized storytelling, perfect as a charming introduction to Camelot and a celebration of storytelling magic.
