Teaching a strong foundation in Art: learning the basics of drawing, especially drawing from life. Can be used for lower level students (4th, 5th, & 6th grades) if they have the desire and discipline. Inspirational quotes and scripture included with daily lessons. Subjects include: beginning drawing, anatomy, portraits, pen and ink, nature studies, perspective, graphics and more. Lessons may be done directly in the text or copied for in-home use. Includes over 65 lessons/100 pages with a 20-page sketchbook included in the back of the text. Recommended materials are a drawing pencil set, an ultra fine black pen, calligraphy pen, pencil sharpener & a kneaded eraser.
