My Dress-Up Darling – Season 1

Wakana Gojo is a high school student dreams of becoming a kashirashi for hina dolls one day. His life is all about making hina dolls, He has a hard time fitting into his class because his interests.

Wakana agrees to make the cosplay-dress for Marin. She also asks him to take the measurements for the dress. Wakana gets a surprise visit.

Gojou tries to avoid Kitagawa as he gathers attention while he's with her which he thought would make her feel embarrassed. Proving him wrong, she asks him to come out with her for shopping.

Realising there's only two weeks before the cosplay event, Gojou sets aside his personal problems and is determined to make Kitagawa's dress. He reminisces about some words his grandfather once told him.

After wearing the dress, Kitagawa is eager to attend the cosplay event. She asked Gojou to come with her.

Kitagawa is self-conscious around Gojou as she develops feelings towards him. A New customer, Inui Sajuna meets Gojou under awkward circumstances.

Kitagawa and Gojou decides to go to the cosplay studio with Inui, which she's going to rent. Kitagawa invites Gojou to her house to watch the anime together.

Juju's photographer and younger sister, Shinju Inui, meets Wakana and Marin for the first time. They're shocked at how opposite her appearance is to Sajuna, but they quickly become closer when they excitedly talk about cameras. Later on, Sajuna suggests that they check out the abandoned hospital that they'll be using for their group cosplay but.

Gojo is able to complete the Black Lobelia and Black Lily cosplays thanks to Marin's help. Both Marin and Sajuna try on their cosplays and they're both excited about how nicely they turned out, and Marin is even more excited about their upcoming group cosplay. When the day finally arrives, Marin and Sajuna get an unexpected visitor.

Wakana and Shinju's secret plan was a success of their first group cosplay photo shoot. As Juju and Shinju look through the photos the sisters find out how they both feel. Meanwhile, Marin and Wakana are enjoying their summer vacation.

Marin has some interest in cosplaying Liz-kyun but didn't think she could pull it off until Wakana gave her a little push. With the cosplay ready they head to studio for a photo shoot but the studio happened to be in unexpected location.

Marin wants to go to the summer festival but can't due to not finishing her homework. Gojo decides to go over and help her and than to visit the summer festival.
