Following to three years in reformatory, Cruella De Vil (Glenn Close) is freed while in the influence of a fresh program that has changed her so as to make her feel affection for animals. In the interim, Kevin Shepherd (Ioan Gruffudd), possessor of an animal shelter, has to face that his refuge has fallen on tough times. Kevin finds the plan of bringing his dilemma to the public through the press, ultimately getting to Cruella who wants to become a sponsor. Regrettably, the new program by which Cruella has been treated has only some problems and upon hearing the resonance of Big Ben, Cruella slips back to her old modes. Yet again, she begins scheming to generate the ultimate fur coat. It appears Kevin might be the ideal scapegoat for Cruella to return into dog snoozing and in cahoots with crazy fashion stylist Monsieur Jean Pierre Le Pelt (Gerard Depardieu), she plans to turn 102 puppies into haute couture. It is now up to Kevin, Cruella's experimentation officer Chloe Simon (Alice Evans) and her dog Dipstick to prevent Cruella, Alonso (Tim McInnerny), and Le Pelt.
