Dinotopia

After a plane crash, brothers Karl (Tyron Leitso) and David (Wentworth Miller) find themselves on an island forgotten by time. The huge island is home to a race of dinosaurs who have continued to evolve until they have intelligence equal to humans. They share the island with the humans (and their descendants) that have been shipwrecked on the island over centuries. Without the benefit of modern technology, the brothers have to learn to live in this society, and do so in different ways. They are aided by the Mayor’s daughter (Katie Carr), who helps them to understand the Dinotopian society. The conflict between accepting that they are trapped on the island and attempting to escape from the island plays out to an exciting conclusion.
