The movie shows a mixture of 1950s and the present or the future. Everything starts in a city that has never seen daylight and it is always night time in the city. The famous Rock and roll singer of the city, Ellen Aim, was kidnapped by a gang of motorcyclists, named The Bombers, headed by Raven Shaddock, while the singer was performing a live concert in front of a huge crowd. Ellen's manager, Fish, who is also her present boy friend, in an attempt to rescue her, approaches Ellen's Ex-boy friend, Tom Cody, a hired mercenary. Tom joins hands with the female soldier McCoy. Tom, Fish and McCoy together go out to the streets of the dark city in search of Ellen. Finally, they succeed in their attempt and rescue Ellen from the gang called 'The Bombers'.
