Thunderbirds Are Go!: Season 1

A powerful underwater seaquake turns a busy day for International Rescue into a perilous one. Gordon's mission is to rescue a research team trapped in an undersea lab, but in doing so he discovers a chain of seismic destabilisers positioned along the bottom of the ocean floor. Lady Penelope is contacted to help the Thunderbirds find the person responsible.

John and Brains must track down the source of the seismic destabilisers. Meanwhile Scott and Virgil race to Taiwan when one of the undersea quakes destabilizes a solar collector dish in Taipe. When the sun rises on the dish it will reflect on the city burning it to the ground. All the while Lady Penelope tracks down a fearsome new adversary...

Alan is on space junk duty. Things take a turn when one of the pieces of debris turns out to be a heat-seeking SAT-MINE that activates and locks onto TB3's heat signature. Alan pulls some incredible moves in order to dodge the mine, but he can only outfly it for so long before exhaustion kicks in. Back on Earth, Lady Penelope and Parker implement a plan to sneak into a top-secret storage facility and find the mine's deactivation code. They succeed and the mine powers down before TB3 is destroyed.

Scott rushes in with Thunderbird 1 to check out an unusual radiation spike from a remote corner of Africa - and discovers the source to be a leak of unstable uranium.

Kayo departs on the newly upgraded Fireflash plane, but soon discovers that there is a saboteur on board. Meanwhile Virgil, Allan and Gordon must help save the passengers from harm.

An anti-technology group called The Luddites power up an electromagnetic pulse device underneath London, crippling everything that uses electricity.

When a trains systems go offline and it begins to crash, Scott and Brains must work together to get it's engines back online. Even if it means Brains facing his fears.

A series of cascading equipment failures leads John to realise that rogue A.I. has gained control of Thunderbird 5. The programme is sending false monitor images to Tracy Island to deceive the other brothers. John finally gets through to Lady Penelope and informs her of the situation.

A malfunction at a mining operation sends an large asteroid careening towards the sun, endangering mining crewman Ned Tedford. Alan and Kayo deploy Thunderbird 3 for the rescue mission, but a rogue solar flare knocks out their sensors. As they land near the mine, and must find a way to alter the asteroid's trajectory so that it slingshots around the sun instead of crashing into it.

When Lady Penelope, Parker and a smitten Gordon investigate a newly discovered temple in South America, they soon fall foul of ancient booby traps. TB1 and TB2 investigate.

An unsafe weather station is entering Earth's upper atmosphere and out of control. After TB1, TB2 and TB3 all fail to rescue the occupants, John on TB5 suggests a hazardous solution.

A deep sea crawling toxic waste plant, has a fire, leaving it out of control and heading for a undersea chasm. TB2 and TB4 attempt to rescue crewman Ned Tedford. Lady Penelope determines the cause of the disaster is The Hood.

Brains and Alan visit the Supreme Hadron Collider in Switzerland. When activated a gravity well is formed affecting aircraft, TB1, TB2 and TB5. A unique solution is suggested by combining all vehicles, but not as they were designed.

Brains has designed an orbiting luxury hotel. It malfunctions sending it and its guests hurtling towards Earth.

Tracy family members, Alan and Scott, travel to the far side of the moon to rescue one of their father's old friends from an almost-decomissioned base at risk of being destroyed by a meteor shower.

Virgil attempts to rescue a mining crew trapped inside a glacier that's breaking apart, but the scientist in charge of the project refuses to leave.

The Hood traps Lady Penelope and Parker inside a flooding underwater hyper-loop train during a high stakes robbery.

After back to back missions, the crew are ready for some downtime, but a call from John makes them jump back into action. A device used to harness the energy from Aurora Borealis is malfunctioning. TB1andTB2 head to the North Pole along with a new field agent.

Virgil and Gordon must rescue a seismologist and his son from underneath the surface of a collapsed mining operation.

Professor Alice Lungren accidentally locks herself inside a vault which is being used to store unstable matter. There is only one person who has successfully broken into a vault like this - Parker.

Virgil and Alan intervene with Thunderbird 3 when a thrill seeking businessman flies his extravagant space yacht directly into the tail of Halley's Comet.

Alan's driving lessons with Parker in Penelope's limousine get serious when burglars kidnap Lady Penelope and Aunt Sylvia.

During a joint operation between International Rescue and the Global Defence Force, a series of mishaps nearly ends in disaster.

In the Arizona desert there is a facility known as CATCH, from where all air traffic in North America is controlled. Scott and Virgil handle a rescue mission involving a mid-air plane collision while Kayo infiltrates the bunker with the help of Thunderbird Shadow. Then Kayo realises that this is all part of a much bigger plan by the Hood.

An undercover sting operation involving Lady Penelope, Kayo and a heavily disguised Parker gets blown prematurely by the GDF and Parker is taken prisoner by the panicking thief Banino. Banino takes off in a stolen GDF flyer with Kayo in pursuit in Thunderbird Shadow. It all ends in a crash landing in a factory - and International Rescue intervene. Scott, in Thunderbird 1, rescues one of the factory workers and Lady Penelope saves Parker. Kayo goes after Banino - but finds herself being blackmailed.

A number of carefully staged disasters require the full attention of everyone at International Rescue. Kayo discovers that the Hood is behind these acts of terrorism and has actually infiltrated Tracy Island. To make matters worse, the Hood has rigged up explosive devices to bring down the Thunderbird craft - and now he reveals his shocking secret to the Tracy brothers.
