Tony manages much of his own escape from Stane by cutting his own foot in half. It eventually grows back. By the time he's fourteen years old, he's in a private school and developing major improvements to his Stark armour. Loni returns home, hoping to get back on Howard's good side so he can get Obidiah into a better school. Tony also makes friends with a certain James Rhodes.
