In the future, scientists created the ultimate law enforcement. Super humans with the power of Gods. However, for each of these heroes a dozen villains sprung up. Soon the world was over run by super powered thugs who used their powers for personal gain. As a result and super human activity was illegalized. But the villains were smart. They traded their cloaks and tight in for Armani suites. Now they deal under the "legitimate" business of Aggressive Solutions International.

However some know that ASI is just a front for these villains. The mysterious Madame Mirage knows, and she plans to bring them down.
