Osborn has ordered the razing of Camp Hammond, much to the dismay of most of its staff. The Shadow Initiative are still in the field, forgotten by all but Sgt. Green, who goes to Osborn to get assurances that a retrieval mission is in place. The Shadow Initiative is made up of some unsavory characters, who are easily bought, and they may not want to come back.
