Plot

On the fourth day (the date of Gengshen) of June in the ninth year of Wude in the reign of Emperor Gaozu of Tang (2nd of July, 626 AD), the Eldest Prince Li Jiancheng and Fourth Prince Li Yuanji were killed by Second Prince Li Shimin in Xuanwu Gate, which is known as Xuanwu Gate Incident in history.
